The pictures below are of Stefano Basalini, Italian Lightweight World Champion 2003.
The source is (with permission) from the FISA DVD of the Milan World Championships 2003.
There are 51 frames, each representing 0.033 seconds.
The stroke rate is 35.6, with the recovery time and the drive time being roughly equal. (it's difficult to be exact about where one starts and the other finishes.)
