My Stroke Cycle

This is me on my rowperfect. July 2004 Rating 30.
IMO Much better in many ways than my old stroke , but from comparisons with the other strokes in this series (Hacker in particular) I am now working on timing the opening of the back later in the drive. I want to start opening the back when the legs are at 90 degrees (i.e. their most powerful). I think this will improve my finish also, and reduce further the vertical movements.
